Estate matters do not always proceed smoothly. Through a review of recent and noteworthy estate cases, Aman Sran will explore common challenges that can lead to conflict or court involvement, including disputes between executors, requests for early distributions, estate loans, and accounting issues. The presentation will highlight key lessons from the case law, with a focus on recognizing potential issues early, managing risk, and understanding practical options when an estate becomes contentious.
