When Prospects Don't Fit Your Profile - A Panel Discussion

What do you do if you don't have a trusted family member or advisor to name as executor and don't meet the minimum asset requirements for larger trust companies?  Our panelists will discuss the options available for creative estate planning around those difficult decisions.  Coupled with real life examples of estate planning gone wrong, our panelists will discuss strategies to help our clients navigate the increasingly difficult decision of naming an executor and what to do if you have been named as an executor in someone else's estate but are unable to act and need other options.
